Shipping Methods
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS, depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Worldwide Free Shipping
We provide free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some countries and locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will inform you via the email you have registered with us.
Customs Fees
Vivacityasia.com will not be responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subjected to custom fees when they arrive at your country.

Shipping time varies by country and location, but the following are our estimated shipping times:

Tracking Information
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order ships, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
Other Details You Need to Know
For some shipping companies, it takes 2 – 5 working days for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
For logistical reasons, items purchased together will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
Different countries have different taxation rules on imported goods. Therefore, it will be better if you know your county’s custom policies before you order.
